Job Description
CTC Trading Group, LLC seeks a Middle Office Sr. Analyst in Chicago, IL
Duties:
- Assist with various reporting and reconciliations including P&L, capital, volume, and key metrics.
- Manage fee data and mappings and develop cost per trade reporting and metrics for the trading teams.
- Perform financial research and analysis, summarize, and present findings.
- Design and build ad-hoc reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and Sigma.
- Collaborate with trading, technology, management reporting and accounting teams to identify improvements in the current workflows and assist in the implementation of those improvements.
- Design processes to collect, clean, and transform data from several sources for purposes of analysis and stable reporting.
- Collaborate with the technology development team on system and procedure enhancements to automate and improve the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field (or its equivalent), plus three (3) years of experience in Finance or related occupation (or its equivalent).
Requires 3 years of experience in the following:
- Middle Office and Risk Management.
- software programs including Excel, SQL, and Python to build ad-hoc reporting and analysis tools.
- financial markets, control functions, and accounting concepts.
- P&L analysis.
Telecommuting is permitted.
