Job Description

Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements including requests for proposal responses and IT industry-specific solutions. Confer with customers and engineers to assess services or equipment needs and to determine systems requirements. Experience must include: AMURAA tool, ITOps, ITSM, ITIL, Technical Program Management, Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Service Consultant, Oracle, AWS Cloud, MS PowerPoint. Identify current and future IT customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand IT service/resource requirements. Understand and evaluate the client’s technological needs and propose appropriate hiring solutions based on efficiency and cost helping clients to leverage our technical expertise and delivery capability. Evaluate and identify the client’s information technology needs, technical issues, and organization structures in order to identify the best services to provide. Implement AMURAA tool to streamline client’s IT operations. Coordinate with technical team for implementing code changes for client. Utilize specialized knowledge in AMURRA product solutions and implement protocol and framework to facilitate in creating business blueprint documents for AMURRA process.
