Job Description

Endeavor Health is currently seeking a System Director, Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) Ambulatory Quality, Utilization Management and Population Health. This role will lead and direct the clinical quality, performance improvement strategy and implementation process involving the affiliated physician members of the Endeavor Health Physician Partners CIN to promote safe and effective patient care, appropriate utilization, and to meet and/or exceed payer performance measures.

The ideal candidate will have:
A clinical background including nursing, occupational therapy, pharmacy, physical therapy, social work, or another clinically-related healthcare field or similar advanced degree.
A minimum 5 years' clinical experience, a minimum of 5 years' ambulatory quality and population health experience with Master's, and experience in quality or performance improvement required.
A minimum of 2 years of prior management/supervisory experience required.
Lean/Six Sigma training or certification strongly encouraged.
Candidate must be familiar with HEDIS, Milliman, Vizient and other sources of benchmarking, quality data and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
In this role, the individual will:
Lead and supervise the team that identifies, creates, implements, coordinates, manages, and evaluates system-wide ambulatory transformational quality, utilization management, process improvement, patient experience, provider and patient education, patient experience, and population health initiatives for governmental and commercial payers.
Work collaboratively with the VP, Endeavor Health Medical Group Quality, Experience and Population Health and the CIN/Medical Group Physician Quality Leaders and others to provide consistency in approach to the above focus areas.
Coordinate with payers and develop the overall CIN quality program including identifying yearly metrics and targets.
Lead and direct system process improvement activities to achieve maximum performance on payer and Endeavor Health quality and utilization metrics.
Implement plans to coordinate efforts across initiatives to ensure alignment of tactics and monitor improvement over time.
Coordinate and set project plans for large transformational quality initiatives.
Work directly with affiliate medical practices to affect change.
Coordinate practice data extraction/reporting in multiple data bases to ensure data integrity and alignment with overall corporate and payer quality initiatives.
Develop strong collaborative relationships with payers and operational leaders across the organization.
