Northwestern University is seeking a temporary full-time Temporary Financial Operations IT for the Evanston campus.
Temporary Job Description:
- Support with forms resulting from the recertification (to change access)
- Other backup to create capacity for FOIT Security to prepare KPMG IT audit PBC requests (Chart of Accounts requests, Terminations – biweekly, Combo in-activations, Research for transfers and, multi-appointments security updates, CERES support for access modification)
Qualifications Required:
- Excel skills required
- Attention to data entry (careful, accurate, complete)
- Adobe Acrobat familiarity
Preferred skills: NUFinancials, Cognos, OnBase
Training to take: HR access and related training
