JOB SUMMARY

As a member of the Reporting and Analytics team in the Infrastructure & Delivery Shared Services (I&DSS) organization this position will be responsible for development and fulfillment of strategic planning, key strategic messaging, storytelling with data and initiative presentation materials for I&DSS senior leadership, as well as requirements management for the Reporting and Analytics team. The Analyst will collaborate with I&DSS senior leaders and communications partners across the company to deliver consistent, branded messaging for organization-wide communications and key strategic events and initiatives (i.e. Town Halls, AES activities). Analyst will also implement and own the Reporting and Analytics teams’ requirements management process. Candidates must have a passion for creating content, telling stories with data, and developing storyboards to deliver effective messaging.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Required

+ Undergraduate degree, preferably in communications or business, and/or equivalent experience/certification

+ 5+ years’ experience developing and delivering executive communications

+ 5+ years’ experience producing engaging presentation content in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint

+ 3+ years’ experience developing and delivering Requirements Management lifecycle

Preferred skills and expertise

+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to articulate compelling ideas and gain alignment

+ Savvy at communicating content to a variety of audiences, and can flex style to suit the needs of the audience

+ Works well in fast paced, agile environment

+ Experience in Information Technology (IT) and/or technology-facing role

+ Experience interfacing with business partners

+ Ability to independently manage small projects while also contributing to larger initiatives

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

+ Partner with I&DSS senior leaders to develop messaging and content that supports key strategic initiatives across the organization, such as Town Halls and AES activities

+ Develop targeted communications that are impactful and relevant on behalf of I&DSS SVP; and distribute using various formats and delivery channels to target specific audiences.

+ Develop and manage calendar of key messaging for I&DSS senior leaders to ensure consistent, relevant and timely awareness of internal operating rhythms.

+ Develop and design presentations for I&DSS SVP for critical meetings and events.

+ Design and apply a structured communications management approach and methodology for initiatives supported.

+ Maintain and evolve internal digital presence for I&DSS on Company Intranet (MGS) and anything else (e.g. newsletter?). Source content, write, and/or edit blurbs and short articles, webpages, etc. leveraging internal and external talent to create engaging content.

+ Use data to measure and report the effectiveness of communications through metrics and surveys; and provide feedback to Leadership in support of refining and maturing communications.

+ Work collaboratively with communication partners across the company to ensure alignment and consistency with broader organizational communication efforts.

+ Work with Reporting and Analytics team stakeholders to identify and define business and technical requirements. Manage requirements end-to-end throughout development lifecycle.

California Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $178,603.00 annually.

Colorado Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $162,366.00 annually.

Hawaii Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $101,096.00 to $178,603.00 annually.

New York Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $178,603.00 annually.

Washington Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $178,603.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
