Project Support:
Collaborate on projects from inception to execution using the Front End Loading (FEL) process.
Work closely with internal teams, including Technology, Engineering, Environmental, Commercial, Procurement, and Construction.
Demonstrate core engineering skills while leveraging both internal and third-party resources.
Identify robust and cost-effective solutions for identified challenges.
Technical Assistance:
Provide support to individuals involved in creating technical specifications, drawing packages, schedules, estimates, and capital budgets.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Preferably 5-10 years of experience in heavy industrial environments with frequent capital expenditures.
Possess a working knowledge of project controls, management, scheduling, risk analysis, constructability reviews, and construction start-up.
Familiarity with capital projects and Front End Loading (FEL) engineering.
Technical Background:
Hold a technical background in an industrial setting.
Experience with heavy machinery and thermal processing is advantageous.
Business Analysis Skills:
Proficient in completing business case analyses.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities. null
