About the role:
As a Documentation & Training Analyst, you'll act as the voice of the customer to create a feasible implementation roadmap for our best-in-class products that will define the world of fintech. You'll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

About the team:
Join our Romeoville Production team today! We provide 24/7 card production support, and you'll have the chance to work directly with our industry engineer. You'll also have the chance to travel and meet our counterpart teams in San Antonio, TX & St. Petersburg, FL!

What you will be doing:
Work on-site approximately 80% of the time
Maintain documentation related to card production & other business procedures
Maintain work instructions associated with manufacturing
Complete annual reviews on procedures to ensure they remain accurate and up to date
Work directly with our industry engineer to understand and analyze the business today and to make recommendations on improvements related to efficiencies that align with our Future Foward Initiative
Delivering working product increments to our clients, on time, on budget and according to the best quality standards.
Working with product management, stakeholders, peers and teams to define and prioritize the product backlog for your team.
Driving improvements in solution design, analysis and testing activities.

What you will need:
Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies.
A bachelor's in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Experience with oral presentations

The pay range for this full-time position is $27.49 - $44.80 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
