Content Manager/Responsive Database Product Owner

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

The Content Manager/Responsive Database Product Owner is responsible for the content library design, maintenance, and implementation of updates within existing market/product/service lines. They are also responsible for leading trainings and demonstrations of Responsive across the enterprise.

How you will make an impact:

+ Responsible for content creation, ownership, upkeep, and enhancements of the Responsive (FKA RFPIO) RFP content library.

+ Evaluates existing and future product updates and enhancements and competitor and industry intelligence to improve existing content and make recommendations for new content.

+ Ensure proper organization of content by business unit and make sure tagging is accurate

+ Recommend and implement long term database growth strategies and content review cycles.

+ Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other key response stakeholders (e.g., proposal managers, sales managers, Product teams) to identify new content, remove redundancy in content library,?and ensure all content is clean and proposal-ready

+ Identify content used most frequently to prioritize it for updates and reviews

+ Report monthly to the executive team to help demonstrate value of content library

+ Ensure all content and statistics are compliant with regulatory directives, product/service updates and state/federal laws and policies.???

Minimum Requirements:

+ Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

+ Excellent written communication and style guide adherence

+ Excellent project management skills

+ Ability to prioritize tasks while working on multiple assignments

+ Health care or medical care experience preferred.?

+ 2+ years in database or content ownership.

+ Experience with Responsive /RFPIO or comparable content management system preferred.
