Digital Transformation Senior Manager - PFNA - 279659

at PepsiCo Corp in Chicago, Illinois, United States

Job Description

Digital Transformation Senior Manager - PFNA

Overview
Net Revenue Management (or Revenue Growth Management) is a major driver of PepsiCo’s future growth and is a key focus for accelerated investment in people, processes, and systems as we seek to build a business that continues to outgrow our peers and delivers against our Global vision to become even Faster, even Better and even Stronger.

Global NRM is a relatively new function (~3 years old) that has been created to accelerate the capabilities needed to underpin our future growth. Reporting into our Global CCO, Global Net Revenue Management works closely with commercial teams in regions and markets to ensure that we leverage advantaged capabilities & insights as we design pricing, promotion, mix and trade plans to compete and win in the market. The scope for the team covers all geographies, categories & channels within which PepsiCo operates, enabling team members to experience the full range of PepsiCo Global operations.

Digitalization is a major component of our Global Net Revenue Management Transformation, and PepsiCo is investing hard to build market leading data and AI/ML driven tools that deliver granular, market leading & real time insights to our businesses. This requires significant coordination across commercial, data and analytics / digital products & IT teams to deliver against that vision.

This role is responsible for working alongside our PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA) business to accelerate their Digital Transformation journey. The incumbent will work across a range of digital capabilities (all the way from reporting through to sophisticated AI / ML driven predictive tools) to ensure that these are designed, built, and then deployed and adopted in way that drives top and bottom-line impact at scale. The initial focus will be on Next Generation AI/ML tools where we have an ambitious roadmap in place to expand deployments across over the next few years.

Reporting into the Senior Director, NRM Digital Transformation – Americas, this role would suit a Commercial or NRM professional looking to move into a role that offers the ability to drive change at a bigger scale whilst gaining digital transformation experience. The ideal candidate would have the right experience to communicate effectively with Commercial teams on their terms and will also require strong Spanish language skills to effectively work alongside local market teams. Deep technical knowledge of AI/ML is not a prerequisite & prior experience in Net Revenue Management is preferred but not essential.

Working in Global NRM offers a great stepping-stone to more senior roles across PepsiCo’s Global Commercial function or into one of our Sector or Market teams. It would also unlock further career paths within Net Revenue Management or across Strategy & Transformation and Data and Analytics, depending on the aspirations and skills of the successful candidate.
