We are hiring for Unarmed Security Officers to work at commercial office buildings in the North suburbs.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Security Officers include, but are not limited to:
• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required
• Conduct patrols and stand post outside, observing and reporting suspicious activity
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned
