The Elevate Tech Talent for Startups Initiative is a dynamic program led by the Kaplan Institute and the Career Services departments at Illinois Institute of Technology, aimed at fostering impactful collaborations between diverse tech talent and Chicago-based startups. This groundbreaking initiative is designed to bridge the gap between underrepresented tech talent and the vibrant startup ecosystem by creating meaningful project-based collaborations.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Talent Program Coordinator to play a key role in our innovative Tech Talent program. This individual will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse pool of tech talent is identified, selected, and matched with startup projects. Additionally, the role involves project management responsibilities, overseeing various phases of the program to ensure its successful implementation and impact.
