Job Description
Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Integration for RXO Managed Transport, LLC at its facilities in Naperville, IL. Responsible for leading a team of professionals to meet operational objectives. Participate in establishing objectives, providing advice and counsel, and directing team on the deployment of the Global Transportation Management System (TMS) product (OTM) for new and converting clients and supporting existing clients. Identify and implement improvements to existing operational systems. Ensure accuracy of information for analysis. Develop value-added approaches to TMS project challenges through analysis, innovation, and experience. Interface with client and business teams to define requirements and solutions approach. Build and improve strategic relationships with client senior management. Eligible for telecommuting from home within reasonable commuting distance from Naperville, IL.
