Material Handler Specialist - Returns Part time (Flexible Days-Hours)
Responsibilities:
Processes customer returns and credits
Handling of packages (repacks and cases) coming back from several carriers as returns.
Identifies salable vs unsalable product to return back into stock.
Communicates directly with Customer Service and Account Managers via email.
Processes vendor returns by getting packages ready to be shipped out and entered in the system.
Identifies different types of disposals on unsalable product.
Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Shift Details - Monday - Friday Start time between 6:00 am and 8:00 am
Min Requirements: 3+ years of related experience
Critical Skills:
Detail Oriented - Understands the importance of identifying salable vs unsalable product and the criticality of building inventory integrity.
Basic PC - MS Office Suite, DC webpage, JDE 9.2, Outlook
Professionalism/ Time management skills
Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Willingness to make decisions and solve problems.
Unable to work independently with minimal direction.
