Job Description
Grubhub Holdings Inc. seeks Analyst II, Procurement in Chicago, IL.
Duties:
-Request AP spend files and (key) invoices across all entities within Grubhub Holdings, Inc. Including: Grubhub, Grubhub for Work, Level Up, Seamless, and Tapingo.
-Aggregate five AP and credit card spend files into single workbooks/templates.
-Create SaaS specific spend files to upload into the Zylo platform.
-Cleanse and create AP / Credit Card Master file (for specific month) through a multi-step process.
-Input collected invoice data into google trackers.
-Update Monthly AP and Invoice Summary Report.
Telecommuting permitted within MSA.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Systems Engineering and Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Quality Engineer, or related role.
Requires 3 years of experience in the following skills:
-Procurement Experience in the following: contract or relationship management, financial modeling, strategic negotiation, and industry thought leadership.
-Experience performing data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
-Experience with at least one of the following: Cost Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Regression Analysis, or A/B Testing.
In the alternative, employer will accept Master's degree in Statistics, Systems Engineering and Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field and 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator, Quality Engineer, or related role.
Requires 1 year of experience in the following skills:
-Procurement Experience in the following: contract or relationship management, financial modeling, strategic negotiation, and industry thought leadership.
-Experience performing data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
-Experience with at least one of the following: Cost Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Regression Analysis, or A/B Testing.
