Job Description
Collect data and manage the full billing process for various media publishers. Prepare revenue and gross profit analysis by region, by business unit and by client using analytical skills on client’s revenue and profitable analysis. Analyze and reconcile revenue and cost of goods sold for multiple countries and coordinate intercompany billing using SQL and Advanced Excel. Manage/oversee intercompany processes, including intercompany settlement, global reconciliation, and monthly reporting. Provide guidance and support to the regions and business units for ad-hoc, media related analyses. Consult with global tax and technology to update Vertex system tax logic to ensure compliance with local tax regulations. Assist the Global Controller for media-related activities. Develop a process and tools to verify the accuracy and consistency of data. Master knowledge of international taxes rules to ensure meet international tax compliances. Provide weekly and monthly reporting for Finance, Operation, Commercial partners. Telecommuting is permitted.
