Job Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring groups, benefits & eligibility information is loaded to applicable systems in a timely and accurate manner, and for ensuring that group/member information is available by contract effective date in order to support claim and customer service processes. Drafting account-specific documents for new and renewing major and/or national accounts using the masters as a base.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree and 2 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience OR 6 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience.
* Business systems experience. Knowledge at an application level with various DN corporate systems applications (Genelco/GIAS, Salesforce, DocGen/P&C, etc.)
* Knowledge of Healthcare/Dental/Life or Disability insurance terminology.
* Knowledge of HCSC, Dearborn Group, business processes and customers.
* Organizational and Analytical skills.
* Experience with business requirements development for new systems and process, and changes to existing systems and processes.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience meeting deadlines. Experience working independently and in a team setting with the planning, design and execution of assigned projects.
* Detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient and flexible.
* PC proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and other Office 365 products.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* LOMA certification.
THIS IS A FLEX ROLE WORKING 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE AND 2 DAYS FROM HOME
