Your Role:
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with business/cross-functional professionals to prioritize and drive initiatives to enhance the overall profitability of the business. This would include leadership/partnership on productivity initiatives. We embrace unique backgrounds and experiences to achieve a strong team and inclusive workplace.
You will have the opportunity to:
+ Planning/forecasting and month end analysis & reporting.
+ Cross functional (sales, marketing, & manufacturing) collaboration to manage P&L for key profit centers.
+ Trade and A&P reporting.
+ Financial modeling for new products, pricing changes/architecture.
+ Evaluate customer product profitability.
+ SG&A reporting and variance analysis.
+ Support in Long Range Plan and Strategic planning.
+ Support special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.

We need you to have:
+ BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
+ 5+ years of work experience in FP&A or Analysis roles.
+ Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
+ Proficient in SAP or other ERP software.
+ Proficient in Hyperion and BEX or other data warehouse tools.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
+ Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
+ Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail.
+ Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats.
+ Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically.
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
Icing on the cake:
+ MBA or other advanced degree.
+ CPA certification.
+ CPG and/or manufacturing industry experience.
+ SAP experience.
