Customer Service Representative needed in Northlake, Illinois

1 st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm

$21 – $22/hr, based on experience

What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative? You’ll be: – Assisting customers by phone, email, or fax regarding orders and general inquiries. – Addressing scheduling issues and possible delivery delays. – Advising customers of long lead times for future planning of part orders. – Adjusting billing discrepancies and quoting charges for machine parts. – Processing external customer orders and invoices within the ERP system. – Issuing Return Merchandise Authorizations and following through with the credit process. – Interacting with stockroom and shipping departments daily. – Assisting in the shipping/receiving department as needed. – Handling invoicing and documentation within the ERP system.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: – Have 2+ years of customer service experience. – Are proficient with MS Word and MS Excel. – Are bilingual in English and Spanish. – Are familiar with ERP systems.
