Job Description
- Utilize advanced knowledge of and experience with products and service offerings, and an understanding of the customer’s business to develop customized proposals that present creative solutions and successfully sell the organization’s capabilities
- Collaborate with delivery teams and administrative staff to ensure that delivery capability matches the proposed solution
- Conduct initial technical sales assessments for company products to establish criteria for customer opportunities
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to current and prospective customers.
- Grow new business by aggressively identifying and closing complex/large customer sales opportunities across an assigned territory or assigned customer accounts
- Represent portfolio of products by preparing sales and relationship strategies
- Apply consultative selling skills to develop attractive value propositions for complex opportunities
- Generate opportunities to meet or exceed assigned sales targets by driving services and solutions
- Leverage industry relationships, other connections, referrals, and cold calling to source new pipeline opportunities
- Build and maintains positive relationships with C-suite customers and stakeholders
- Work with other product managers as necessary to optimize sales opportunities in each customer
- Manage client stakeholders and stakeholders during the entire sales cycle, ensuring total customer satisfaction
- Utilize advanced knowledge of and experience with products and service offerings, and an understanding of the customer’s business to develop customized proposals that present creative solutions and successfully sell the organization’s capabilities
- Collaborate with delivery teams and administrative staff to ensure that delivery capability matches the proposed solution.
- Requires one week per month domestic travel to visit customer with locations varying.
