Electronic Pre-Press and Mailing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Preflight and correct supplied customer files for printing on press
- Imposition pages for multiple different printers/printing presses
- Typesetting and page layout
- Prepare customer art and data lists for variable data printing
- Operate digital press for proofing and short run print project
- Import and process lists/spreadsheets in mail preparation software (BCC Mail Manager) for use in inkjet addressing or variable data jobs
- Look up information in the United States Postal Service Domestic Mail Manual to determine best designs/practices and avoid errors
