Job Description
Grainger Corporate Services LLC is seeking a Software Engineer with the following duties: Responsible for the full systems life cycle, supporting Sales and Customer Service technologies; design, code, configure, test, implement, and support application software and systems that are delivered on time and within budget; Work closely with Architects and Product Managers to understand the business objectives and drive the analysis to define the physical design to maximize value for our customers; Provide business analysis, support, and design options for technical solutions of new business capabilities; Develop, build and support highly complex systems and/or applications that may have system-wide impact, integrates across the organization; Provide ongoing production support, including engagement with end users and collaboration with technical teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues; Complete analysis that drives understanding and actions items related to continuous improvement opportunities; Handle and implement third-party integrations including troubleshooting and partnering with vendors/partners on issue resolution; Create test strategies, conduct testing, and promote changes through our multi-tier environment.
