This position serves as the Mining Technology & Global Sales Support FP&A lead, coordinating all forecasting and actual reporting and analysis submissions with specific responsibility for Sales Volume & Period Costs. This position also partners with the global Mining Services team, providing accounting support on key projects, budget governance and day-to-day challenges as they arise. In addition, this role also oversees all customer invoicing, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, global tax and regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

What You Will Do:

+ Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management

+ Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards

+ Create reports on financial performance for internal and external use

+ Upon request, take part in special projects and ad hoc reporting requests

+ Maintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls while ensuring that accounting procedures comply with GAAP.

What You Have:

+ Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 2+ years of accounting experience

+ Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision

+ Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems

+ Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities

+ Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
