The Opportunity:

As a Project Technical Specialist II within the Business Resources Heritage Team, you will be responsible for providing commercial business support for our facilities that utilize ANTARES Parts Invoicing, Direct Ship, and our Data Analytics and Reporting Team within the Product Support & Logistics Division. This role would be responsible but not limited to:

Job Duties:

+ ANTARES Parts Invoicing

+ Actively manage and respond to ANTARES Parts Invoicing, Direct Ship and Reporting requests.

+ Research and collaborate with other functional groups (IT, Records Accuracy, Operations, Accounting, Customer Master Data, Customs, Compliance, etc) to determine root cause, develop solutions, test, and implement.

+ Assist and guide Product Support & Logistics Division facilities globally with invoicing issues, questions, and grief resolution.

+ Perform data analysis, system setups and updates.

+ Issue manual invoice corrections.

+ Direct Ship

+ Provide support to the Direct Ship commercial and support teams globally. Not limited but could include subjects covering shipments, legal entity, customs/compliance, transportation, invoicing, and accounting.

+ ANTARES Parts Invoicing business lead on system implementations, system enhancements, projects, and other initiatives.

+ Work with IT to prioritize and manage open ANTARES Parts Invoicing / Customer Data support work requests for direct ship initiatives.

+ Support training and processes for manual ANTARES Miscellaneous Bill invoices to correct accounting or system issues for direct ship business.

+ Reporting

+ Analyze and solve customer requests which include gathering business requirements, documentation, testing, interacting with customers to deliver solutions that meet their requirements.

+ Understanding and extracting data from our systems

+ Other

+ Provide leadership guidance and mentoring to team members.

+ Train team members and internal/external users on various API functionalities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Basic Qualifications:

+ Relevant degree or 5+ years of progressively complex experience in similar field

+ Experience performing data analysis and report/visualization development

+ Exhibit strong planning, organization, communication, prioritization, flexibility, and leadership skills.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

+ 2+ years of experience with SQL, SAS, Snowflake, or Power BI

+ Experience with ANTARES Parts Invoicing, Customer Support, or Direct Ship

+ Strong team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment and work independently

+ Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with short deadlines

+ Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and good judgement

+ General knowledge of company policies and procedures
