Job Description

Jefferson Wells is seeking a knowledgeable Equity Compensation Consultant with expertise in the Carta equity compensation system. This is an interim position with an approximate duration of three months, potentially extending further. The consultant will primarily focus administrative activities within Carta, and any prior experience in migrating from Carta to ShareWorks would be advantageous. The role may not require full-time commitment, making it suitable for individuals seeking a flexible engagement.

Hourly Pay (W2 ): $75 and higher depending on experience

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities :

Enter transactions and run reports out of the Carta system

Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues within Carta

Assist with migration from from Carta to ShareWorks, leveraging previous experience in such transitions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless equity compensation processes.

Qualifications :

1. Proven expertise with the Carta equity compensation system

2. Experience addressing technical challenges in equity compensation processes

3. Familiarity with migration processes from Carta to ShareWorks is a plus

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

6. Flexibility to work on a temporary basis, with the potential for a longer-term engagement
