Robert Half is currently seeking a Help Desk Manager! The position involves promptly responding to information requests during assessments, audits, and examinations, while overseeing the training, leadership, and monitoring of calls and tickets within the Service Desk and Application Support.
Responsibilities also include:
+ Managing ticket lifecycles.
+ Maintaining the annual budget.
+ Developing goals aligned with the Bank’s strategic technology plans.
+ Negotiating project priorities.
+ Enforcing policies.
+ Staying updated with technology advancements are integral aspects of the role.
+ Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

+ Maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
+ Coaching team performance.
+ Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
+ Soliciting cooperation from relevant parties.
