Get your hard hat ready. We’re not just renovating the travel experience – we’re renovating our physical spaces too. And our Corporate Real Estate team is on the front lines of procuring, designing and developing spaces at all our hubs, stations and city locations across the world. From airport affairs and business services to planning and development, this team is responsible for all our leases and major construction and renovation projects, system wide.
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Analyst- Business Services role will support the CRE Business Services team in the development of project portfolios, labor resources and analysis associated with airport budget and lease negotiations. This work includes supporting financial forecasting of facilities projects, departmental operating expense, project resource management, and aid analysis for airport lease negotiations and space requests, as well as advise on ways frameworks and processes for project approvals.
+ Support resource planning process by collaborating with team, and working to identify areas of opportunity for leadership. Assist in analysis and contribute ideas to evolve method of portfolio management
+ Support capital project, operating expense forecast projections, and resource plans. Utilize data from peer groups to build models and identify opportunities to improve capital and assist with long term plan development.
+ Support broader team in developing highly visible leadership and town hall presentations
+ Develop analysis of prospective airport and property lease negotiations. Aid in development of models in cost analysis, capital project budget analysis, and space optimization, etc.
+ Assist in the development of a strategy and process to ensure that all projects are completed on time, on budget, in compliance with airport operational need, corporate guidelines, airport lease requirements and accounting standards to which the airline is bound.

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
+ Bachelor’s Degree is required
+ Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Construction Manager
+ 3+ years of experience working with Design and Construction project life cycle, capital planning, financial modeling, forecasting, and airline operations in Airport and/or Maintenance space Analytical and problem solving
+ Experience with or exposure to Financial modeling
+ Executive Presentation Skills
+ Project Management
+ Construction Project Controls
+ Financial Analysis
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
+ At least 1 year in aviation related finance, accounting, revenue management, strategy planning function
+ Excel modelling, comfort with executive level presentations
+ Airline or Airport Operations
