Summary of Role

As the Placement Operations Lead you will work closely with the Placement Community of Expertise (COE) Leader to execute on the vision and strategy for Placement in North America.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

+ Implementing streamlined routines and practices to drive consistent service delivery across Placement COE activities, aligned to business objectives and broking/placement strategy

+ Assisting the Placement COE leader with staffing and work distribution

+ Evaluating areas for continuous process improvement

+ Evaluating performance against established metrics

This role has been developed to drive enhanced results for our clients and colleagues.

The Role

+ Execute the operational vision for Placement working with business leadership and multiple stakeholder groups

+ Establish strong relationships with Placement leadership to ensure the function drives cross-business success

+ Assist with dissemination of carrier/vendor market insights to support colleagues in staying up to date on market trends – both within the Placement function and across Client Service

+ Assist with development of national Placement community within H&B and overall development of Placement talent

+ Champion the ongoing implementation of Placement performance tracking and reporting, across onshore and GDC placement teams. This includes KPIs to give a balanced view of performance across the Placement function including Quality and Cost (including turnaround time response times)

+ Assist with development, implementation and continuous improvement of Placement processes, templates and tools

+ Contribute to the development of H&B NA communications to effectively inform the business of Placement processes

+ Ensure fulfillment of compliance & regulatory requirements via adherence to the Excellence model across all Placement activities

+ Support opportunities to maximize the use of the Global Teams in Manila and other locations

+ Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment within the Placement COE

The Requirements

+ Strong understanding of the placement/broking process including marketing and renewals

+ Demonstrate ability to partner, influence and collaborate with colleagues at various levels, including offshore colleagues

+ Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement of processes and efficiency gains

+ Excellent problem solver with proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues and propose solutions

+ Experience with projects requiring significant change management efforts

+ Experience in managing multiple projects as part of a virtual team

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

+ Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail

+ Comfortable with change and uncertainty and able to work and lead through ambiguity

+ Strong business acumen

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation being offered for this role is $125,000-175,000 USD.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
