Group Shipping Lead - $21.86/Hr.
This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Group Shipping Lead for our food manufacturing client to start at$21.86/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
Will oversee general shipping activities and lead the shipping staff.
- Lead and supervise the shipping staff to ensure smooth operations
- Efficiently load and unload trucks.
- Utilize prior management or leadership experience to enhance team performance.
- Train and cross-train shipping operators to be able to scan, load, unload trailers.
- Support the plant safety goals (SQF, GMP’s, etc.)
- Will serve as the key point of contact for the transportation drivers.
Will need to work extra hours or days when necessary
