The Customer Service Representative is a full-time position responsible for providing professional customer support to facilitate the relationship between the organization and customers.

Responsibilities
Serves as a point of contact for incoming calls and onsite visitors, where applicable; forwarding calls to appropriate personnel and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner; answering general questions and providing accurate and complete information, using established methods/tools.
Manages customer complaints from intake to resolution; escalating issues to appropriate personnel; keeping records of customer interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
Provides departmental support by performing routine tasks including but not limited to documenting and filing warranty information; reviewing and correcting records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system; identifying opportunities for improving the customer service process and implementing best practices.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or office environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent follow through
Displays active listening skills, giving full attention and taking time to understand the points being made
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, positive high energy work ethic and integrity
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook email, Word, and Excel
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
