The Change Management Specialist will work with the Network Operations Center and plays a crucial role in guiding our organization through transitions and transformations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordination of CCI's ongoing network improvements and maintenance activities. As a Change Management Specialist, you will collaborate with stakeholders, assess impacts of changes, and create communication and training materials to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.

Responsibilities

 

Facilitate weekly maintenance staff meetings with network teams and stakeholders
External communication: Carrier, providers, and large revenue customers
Review and document maintenance requests across CCI footprint and out-of-territory
Research inventory systems, locate customer records, and notify customers of service interruptions
Coordinate with Customer Support Teams for planned service interruptions
Risk assessment and analysis of conflicting maintenance activities
Oversee network moratorium activities

Qualifications

 

2+ years' experience in telecom preferred
Detail-oriented, highly organized, works independently
Manages time efficiently and prioritizes tasks
Flexibility to work unconventional hours to meet demands
Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
Excellent communication verbal/written and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of network platforms, technologies, and service offering
Project Management

Salary

 

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $46,198 - $70,023
