Job Description
MIXING AND GRINDING OPERATOR - $18-22/Hr.
This position is a Direct Hire Opportunity.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a MIXING AND GRINDING OPERATOR for our manufacturing client to start at $18-20/hr.
Responsibilities:
Set-up and operate equipment used to mix and grind materials to produce quality dispersions, inks, and intermediates.
- Follow batch ticket instructions to set up and operate a variety of high-speed mixers and mills.
- Operate and maintain vat and drum washer
- Check flow rates and adjust variables for proper grind.
- Perform physical testing and drawdowns.
- Perform basic color matching using naked eye.
- Use forklift to move materials as necessary.
- Perform thorough cleaning and washing of drums, vats, etc. as required.
- Use computer to run batch tickets, enter data, adjust inventory and process batches.
- Occasional lifting/carrying up to 55 lbs.
Must be flexible in working hours, various shifts and/or overtime as needed
Location: Chicago Heights, IL
Schedule/Shift Details
- 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm Monday-Friday
