Job Description
Lead a team of data scientists to develop, validate, document, and implement statistical and advanced machine learning models used for decision and product management throughout the member lifecycle, including segmentation, optimization, and prescriptive analytics; Create and improve policies, procedures, and processes to establish and maintain the analytics team; Lead efforts to implement, execute and socialize advanced analytics purpose and value while collaborating with end users regarding data and reporting requirements, business objectives, and data analytic needs; Translate strategic and operating plans into projects, goals, priorities and activities. 100% telecommuting; must live near a major airport. 10% travel required. Co headquarters in Chicago, IL.
