CarelonRx’s Pharmaceutical Rebates Org is looking to hire a Pricing Strategy Analyst Manager. This high-performing individual contributor will be responsible for PBM pharmacy rebate administration functions to support and optimize formulary strategy across multiple lines of business. The position will work in a hybrid way, one day a week from any US Elevance Health corporate office.

How you will make an impact:

+ Tracks and manages details of contract scenarios and relevant terms, handles day-to-day activities/inquiries associated with rebate contract eligibility, monitor implementation of formulary decisions to assure compliance.

+ In collaboration with cross-functional teams; identify and investigate issues as they arise, and partners to develop solutions related to formulary positions, rebate contracts, pharma programs and relevant initiatives.

+ Assists in developing strategy and identifying opportunities for enhanced or new financial opportunities related to drugs/drug classes.

+ Extracts data, performs financial analysis, and identifies trends and emerging opportunities and considerations.

+ Creates and implements metrics and supports performance measures to establish rebate performance objectives. Implements new processes, process improvements when needed, and best practices related to formulary optimization, rebate contract compliance and reconciliation.

Requires a BA/BS in Finance or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience with a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM), pricing, data analysis; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with PBM services and concepts, including familiarity with formulary management process in various lines of business including Medicare and Medicaid.

+ Strong analytical skills including report development and trend analysis; Highly proficient in Excel.

+ Strong written and verbal communications skills including presenting to internal matrix partners and external clients

+ Collaboration skills to work across cross-functional team.

+ Relationship building skills for direct client support.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $94,880 to $170,784
