PURPOSE :

The Revenue Cycle Analyst assists in executing revenue cycle strategy with carrier project coordination and issues resolution. In addition, this position will provide basic billing and collection services to support patients and payers across the United States. The Revenue Cycle Analyst is a valued contributor by providing Subject Matter Expertise for Strategy Execution, and Performance Improvement. This role supports day-to-day RCM functions and vendor management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

+ Facilitates the execution of RCM strategy as provided by management.

+ Facilitates claim resolution when vendor has escalated to Wondr Health.

+ Validate and maintain Carrier Fee Schedules.

+ Assist with insurance claims management.

+ Manages eligibility process and vendor performance as related to eligibility.

+ Assist in monitoring A/R environment and identification areas of improvement.

+ Assist with new client and carrier setup to ensure compliance with RCM policies.

+ Maintain carrier contacts and relationships to help facilitate payer focused communication.

+ Prevent payment delays by handling account queries and complaints in a timely manner.

+ Review billing practices to guarantee accurate revenue recognition and invoicing.

+ Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify areas of optimization and automation.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points, gather feedback, and purpose solutions to streamline operations.

+ Provide reporting to Wondr Health management as needed.

+ Other RCM related assignment as needed at the supervisor’s discretion.

+ Strong communications skills to be able to summarize issues to vendors and direct supervisor to understandable terms.

+ Advance knowledge of Microsoft Suite

+ Intermediate knowledge Project Management principles

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare, or related field.

Certification: Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) through Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) is preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of revenue cycle experience is required and knowledge of Health Plans.
