Job Duties:

- Assist in HR activities in the office including the recruitment process and onboarding support.

- Coordinate facilities, building management, and general day-to-day operational support.

- Supervise the Workplace Services Associate, and serve as a stand-in during their absence.

- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure efficiency in its management.

- Event planning and coordination for both internal and external focused events.

- Oversee administrative duties for national vendor accounts.

- Handle vendor management, accounts payable, and budgeting.

- Take care of incoming and outgoing postal services.

- Oversee the storage and inventory of IT supplies and materials.

- Handle onsite IT-related tasks and troubleshooting when necessary.

- Provide assistance to the Forensics team as needed.

- Regularly review budget reports and update the Office Director.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably consulting or legal.

- Excellent supervisory skills required.

- Exceptional client service skills.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills are a must, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.

- Strong organizational, project management and time management skills.

- Excellent control over written and verbal communication.

- Ability to work independently and multitask in a high-pace environment.

- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.

- Flexibility with schedule and demonstration of a proactive approach.
