1st shift: 6am-230pm
Pay: $21.25/hr
Description :
+ Welding to custom, fabricate shell and tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and tanks up to 15’ in diameter, 120 feet in length and up to 320,000 pounds
+ MIG and Flux Core welding on variety of stainless, carbon, and precious metals
+ Some TIG welding (will train)
+ Code welding
+ Blueprint experience (will train)
Skills :
+ MIG welding experience
+ Experience in fabricating steel products
+ Experienced in reading blueprints and weld symbol knowledge (preferred)
+ Knowledgeable in ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 1(preferred)
+ Knowledgeable with layouts and fabrication
+ Physical capability for requirements of job. Lifting 50+lbs
+ Must be okay with heights. Welding 15ft -20ft in the air at times
Nice to have skills :
+ Layout and Fabrication Welding
+ Code welding certified in past
+ AWS certified
+ Welding school degree/certifications
+ Welding on tanks/vessels
+ TIG tubing
+ Sub-arc (S.A.W.)
Experience Level :
NEED EXPERIENCE- WILL WELD TEST
