Job Description:The Project Manager will play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects while ensuring goals and objectives are being kept.

Position Overview
The Project Manager will play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects while ensuring goals and objectives are being kept. This position is responsible for the execution of the project and ensure that timely delivery of the solution is within scope and budget. Additionally, the Project Manager will maintain standards, monitor scope with project quality and track project health to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include
Plan, lead and control complex Salesforce projects and related personnel utilizing project methodologies and related tools to bring projects to successful completion, within scope, on time, and within budget
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects; adapting as necessary while working with key internal and external stakeholders to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives, and deliverables
Maintain prompt, proactive, and transparent communication with the client to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Lead team and client meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and holding project team members accountable
Provide daily task coordination, action tracking and project evaluation
Leverage data to measure and monitor progress against commitments and provide transparency to project team
Ensures customer satisfaction, identifying and mitigating risks, and acting as a first level of escalation
Implement streamlined, effective processes through change management

Experience & Requirements
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technology-focused project management
Working knowledge of project management methodologies
Experience working with Salesforce, highly preferred
Certification in Agile, Project Management, or Business Process Management, highly preferred (or willingness to achieve identified certification within first 12 months of employment)
Disciplined process professional who excels in a team environment
Demonstrated success in managing and delivering multiple, complex projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, facilitation, and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport through the various working styles of team members as well as clients
Ability to collaborate and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills as require

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $96,667.00 to $204,060.00.
