Job Description
Analyze, design, and develop RICE components for Oracle EBS applications/Business systems according to business specifications and technical documents; Carry out system analysis, configure, implement, troubleshoot Order management, and supply chain management issues for enhancements and new business processes and create, manage, and resolve standard issues; Monitor scheduled requests, customizations, and interfaces, identify abnormal activity, and follow the escalation process to address the issue and prevent impact to business as per Incident Management guidelines; Create SOP and Training Manuals to streamline issue resolution and production maintenance; Review work of others to ensure design approach and delivered product is consistent with business requirements. 100% telecommuting; no residence requirement. 10% travel required to company headquarters in Chicago, IL.
