Job Title: Scheduling & Project Controls Manager

Job Duties: Build and maintain the project schedule and the different construction processes and baselines in accordance with Clayco’s policies, owner requirements, and the on-going analysis of the construction process and validation as it complies with the intent of the project team. Coordinate with Project Manager, Superintendent, and Owners Representatives and subcontractors with periodic progress updates of in-progress schedules and collect all pertinent data required to update the schedule. Generate project specific performance reports as well as Clayco standard reports, including but not limited to: critical activities report, baseline deviation report, earned value performance index report and project cash flow report. Update cost and resource actuals required as part of the periodic progress update process. Assist in preparation of monthly and weekly schedule reporting and develop schedules from the ground up for both proposals and construction projects.

Requires Bachelors (Construction Management or a related field), or foreign degree equivalent; and 6 years of relevant experience. Must have 4 years of experience with general planning and scheduling; and prior work experience with data center projects. Must also have certifications in: Project Management Professional (PMP); Construction Manager in Training (CMIT); and OSHA 30.

Allows for telecommuting up to 20% of time, within reasonable commuting distance of the reporting office in Chicago, IL.

Requires domestic travel up to 25% of the time.
