IFF's Beloit plant produces a portfolio of protein-based products that caters primarily to the Grain Processing, Animal nutrition and Brewing industries. Utilizing a Trichoderma based fermentation platform allows the plant to optimize cost and operational structure in ways that are superior to other facilities. The plant goals are to run a safe operation, with best-in-class products, meeting output demand and quality requirements, continuously improving its operations while carrying out its social obligations of being a responsible corporate citizen in the community.

What our pay and schedule looks like:

1.5x pay for Sundays
3x pay for company holidays
8-hour shift Monday-Friday
Work one weekend every 6 weeks


You Will Spend Your Time...

Quality Analysts utilize documented analytical chemistry and microbiological methods to support the production of enzymes for a variety of industrial markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Chemical reagent and micro media preparation
Sample management and data entry
Analytical and microbiological testing
Manual sample dilutions with pipets and volumetric glassware
Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting lab equipment including pH meters, auto analyzers, HPLCs, autoclaves, and pipets
Managing special projects/programs

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelor of Science or equivalent 3-5 years work experience in manufacturing QAQC
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Accurate data entry
Experience with aseptic technique
Adherence to general lab hygiene and safety practices
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
