PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Participates in a collaborative working team environment to execute special projects as assigned for Crop Nutrient division.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for leading a special project to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Crop Nutrient division.

Educate on best practices, systems, and resources for inventory processes.

Meet with owned and leased facility operators to train on those processes.

Troubleshoot and document shortfalls or inconsistencies in established processes; recommend solutions to address.

Perform data entry and basic maintenance entries in enterprise systems.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof.

Understanding and experience with Outlook, Excel, and basic business intelligence applications.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

May be required to work extended hours and travel overnight.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
