Job Description

This position will partner with Medline Divisional FP&A, with a focus on the ReNewal Reprocessing Division, primarily in support of the ReNewal Specialty Sales Force & Field Services Collections Program.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and present monthly reporting of sales, gross margin, and operating expenses to Sales and Finance leaders
  • Analyze results and provide actionable insights on multiple levels (IDN, Account, Product, etc.)
  • Serve as subject matter expert on ReNewal Field Services financials, including product level initiatives & expectations
  • Maintain existing and develop new dashboards, allowing key decision makers to easily identify trends and drivers of results
  • Understand drivers of profitability & levers that can be pulled to increase operating income
  • Ensure a consistent level of reporting and support is maintained during & after month end financial close
  • Model new business opportunities and provide recommendations to sales leadership to assist in their decision making
  • Work closely with divisional business partners & finance leadership to develop/maintain forecasting models
  • Assist in establishing reasonable goals & targets for business partners & their direct support staff
  • Partner with Sales, Field Services & Finance Leadership on ad hoc projects and analyses

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of financial planning, reporting, and analysis experience.
  • Experience working with an ERP system - SAP experience is a plus.
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx experience are a plus.
