Description Position Intel:

Seeking someone with technical skills/drive to identify, build, implement and execute on a sales lead/demand generation tech stack utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as Outreach io, Apollo, 6th sense, Marketo, Optimizely, and other sales automation tools

The goal and success of this position will be solely determined by the ability to generate leads for our sales teams using sales/marketing automation technologies primary through cold email, intent analysis, lead scoring and A/B testing. (Significant bonus opportunity based on lead generation results)

If successful, the person in this role will be responsible leading, building and scaling a large demand/lead generation department.

Responsibilities:

Demand Generation and Sales Automation:

· Identify, build and then implement tech stack for lead generation for sales team.

· Responsible for finding, testing and implementing techs such as Marketo, Pardot, Outreach, Optimizely, Salesforce, and other technologies to automate and streamline lead nurturing processes.

Email Campaign Management:

· Develop and execute end-to-end email lead generation campaigns, including planning, content creation, segmentation, and deployment.

· Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to continually optimize email lead generation strategies.

Lead Generation:

· Responsible for generating leads for the sales team

· Implement lead scoring models to prioritize and qualify leads for sales conversion.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to email campaigns, providing regular reports to evaluate success and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration:

· Work closely with the content team to ensure the alignment of email campaigns with overall content strategy and messaging.

· Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into campaign optimization.

Technology Integration:

· Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in sales technologies, recommending and implementing new tools to enhance campaign performance.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Ability to be in office 3 days a week (Northbrook IL)

· 4 Year Bachelor’s degree

· Proven experience in electronic lead generation for sales teams.

· In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo and Outreach.

· Familiarity with A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization techniques.

· Strong understanding of lead generation processes and strategies.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with additional lead generation technologies such as Optimizely, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

· Certification in Marketo or other relevant sales automation tools.

· Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization. Requirements

- Less than one year of experience preferred

- Adept in frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site - Planned multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency - A harmonious mix of skill, management experience and initiative - Experienced in vendor management - Previous management experience

- Marketing Automation Software experience preferred

- Experience with Marketing Analytics

- Marketing Automation Software experience preferred

- Previous experience working with AB Testing

- Wide ranging experience with Email Marketing Platform

- Quality experience with email marketing

- Good understanding of email marketing

- Well-founded grasp of Drive Lead Generation

- General familiarity with Lead Generation Campaigns

- Comprehension of HTML

- Proven knowledge of ZoomInfo

- Skills in HubSpot

- Marketo experience highly desired

- Practical knowledge of Lead Generation Programs

- Proficiency in Marketing Automation Platform

- Earlier work involving Email Marketing Platform

- Comprehensive knowledge of Marketing Automation Platform
