Our client is seeking a Senior Video Producer to support their internal marketing agency on a full-time basis. The internal agency supports all departments, delivering marketing strategies, creating design assets, and managing diverse projects and campaigns, such as brand, collateral, advertising, websites, social media, videos, events, and other marketing initiatives.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Video Producer, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing and manage a team of 10+ freelance video producers, videographers, video editors, motion graphic producers, and video production vendors. You will serve as the lead consultant with clients, aiding them in planning and defining the best video concept for their project.

Job responsibilities will include:

+ Establishing and maintaining all operational strategies, processes, and templates used in the video production work cycle.

+ Developing scripts and storyboards, forecasting resources, and selecting optimal forms of media for projects.

+ Managing the distribution and public posting of final videos on social media, websites, through email, or for viewing during events.

+ Coordinating and leading video subject interviews during filming and providing guidance to designers.

+ Monitoring the video footage library in the digital asset management system including raw footage, b-roll, and final cut indexing and tagging.

+ Creating and managing training and professional development activities for video team members.

To achieve the above responsibilities, the Senior Video Producer must possess the following qualifications:

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Experience Required: At least eight (8+) years of experience working for a marketing or creative industry agency, in-house department, or large organization. MUST have experience managing a team people, not just managing on-set.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: With different formats to plan, write, film, and edit videos, leading videographers, motion graphics producers, and other marketing personnel is a major part of the job. Spanish language skills are a plus.
