Job Description

Growing business services company within the healthcare industry is looking for an Assistant General Counsel for their location in Oak Brook. This position will be responsible for contract review and negotiations with interaction to business clients and overall corporate legal support. You would provide the legal counsel to internal clients with a broad range of topics related to contract risks and mitigation on both the procurement and provisioning end of the business.

Requirements:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
2+ years of corporate law experience
Experience with contract drafting and negotiation to include vendor agreements, licensing agreements, service agreements, independent contractor agreements, subcontracts, RFP's and nondisclosures.
Knowledge of health law
Experience with technology-related agreements, privacy or data security a plus
