As a leader in our Research and Development (R&D) team, you will be pivotal in driving innovation and expanding our market presence. In this position, you are at the forefront of shaping our strategic direction, using creativity to solve consumer needs, while harmonizing our pipeline across amazing categories including Capri-Sun, Jell-O, Maxwell House, Cool Whip, Jet Puffed, Kool Aid and Mio amongst others. This individual will influence across the company while spearheading the development and brand awareness of cutting-edge products.

Be a primary liaison between R&D, North America Commercial Business Units, Consumer Insights and Sales scaling best practices and sharing invaluable platform insights.

You will drive direction for technology enabler exploration in conjunction with our Next Generation Ingredient and Processing team.

Strategic resource allocation: Lead discussions with business stakeholders to align on the prioritization of pipeline activities and effectively allocate resources based on our NA Zone growth strategy.

Developing strategic partnerships: Forge strategic alliances, both internal and external, to enhance our capacity, capabilities, and speed in solution development.

Extensive R&D experience encompassing project management, technical expertise, and food science knowledge.

A solid background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)/Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry or a comparable field, with expertise in a relevant category for Kraft Heinz.

Familiarity with working in a matrix organization, and navigating complex cross-functional relationships.

Strong communication, influencing, and people management skills.

The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and collaborators in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

A robust technical R&D background, enabling you to provide strategic leadership and guidance to the R&D team.

Work Environment & Schedule
This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in the local office, with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations
