The Digital Support Specialist plays a key role in helping our customers implement digital solutions into their businesses; a critical element to realizing our vision of fitness technology. The primary responsibilities include setup and training of our web and app based digital software along with pre-sales and post-sale internet and audiovisual guidance.

**This is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL - M/F remote and T-Th in-office collaboration days** #LI-Hybrid

AS THE DIGITAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST AT LIFE FITNESS, YOU WILL:
  • Function as digital consultant to assist customers configure and setup our suite of digital products and asset management tools to best meet with customers' business goals.
  • Work with sales reps and dealers to provide recommendations for customers during the sales process to best support our equipment to ensure internet and TV connectivity.
  • Partner with sales reps to train and onboard customers on our asset management tools and digitally enabled products.
  • Ensure connectivity is achieved and lead technical infrastructure and product questions.
  • Contribute to the development of success metrics, including ROI, adoption, business- impacts, and present these to key accounts in a compelling fashion.
  • Look for opportunities to upsell new services and coordinate with sales reps.
  • Implement and create updated connectivity and TV installation procedure guides.
  • Provide feedback election & product enhancement for product, engineering, and field support.
  • Improve success of the customer journey by providing unique digital strategy for each customer.
  • Assist customers with TV configuration and network connectivity pre and post installation.
  • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for TV, HALO, connectivity, and digital solutions when required.
  • Support Key Accounts with digital implementation, equipment usage analysis, and connectivity reporting.
  • Manage the REM (Remote Equipment Monitoring) systems and cleanups.
  • Report on your Monthly KPI's.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5+ years' experience in a technical role (electrical/mechanical diagnosis, software and hardware diagnosis, digital projects, network engineering, digital/technology sales, technical product installation, remote equipment monitoring).
  • Ability to discuss/convey information and teach technical topics in a non-technical verbiage.
  • Strong technical knowledge in commercial headend systems, TV connectivity, and network security (i.e., Cisco Systems, firewalls, etc.).
  • Knowledge and previous experience with REM support (Remote Equipment Monitoring).
  • Passion for sales support and customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Previous experience in Salesforce.com CRM software, Oracle, PowerBI, and other relevant tools.
  • Technologically savvy, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) is required.
  • Proven ability to work remotely efficiently with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment to execute on strategic sales growth.
