What You'll Do
Assist HR Manager in facilitating a seamless new hire onboarding experience including pre-employment and orientation activities
Responsible for day-to-day transactions such as processing employee data changes
Understand and educate employees on CMC benefits, including support of the new hire and annual enrollment process
Assist in planning company events and community involvement opportunities
Identify and communicate general issues and concerns to the HR Manager and participate in development of the proper response to such issues
Able to follow safety regulations and participate in CMC safety programs
Other duties as assigned
Assist with scheduling full-time interviews

What You'll Need
Bilingual Spanish required
Strong computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Must have a high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Both awareness and accuracy are incredibly important in all aspects of this position
High level of organization and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; previous experience in human resources preferred
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Responsive nature with strong sense of urgency to handle matters quickly
High integrity and confidentiality required

Your Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
