Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Description:

+ Will be working on large scale projects ($5-50 million dollar) – mainly industrial, government/federal, distribution, light manufacturing, etc (examples: Amazon, USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc).

+ Experience with mechanical, electrical, commercial and industrial construction and/or design is preferred

+ They would spend a fair amount of time on construction sites – possibly up to 50% of the time

+ Ability to produce drawings or assist with drawings if need be

+ Revit skills not required, but would be a huge plus – just needs ability to mark up and create in Bluebeam. Will be using Microsoft Office.

+ Able to use 360 camera, distometer, force meter, etc to help with site investigations

+ Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills are helpful

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering

+ Experience as a Project Manager working on Large projects

+ Project Experience with industrial, government/federal, distribution, light manufacturing, (Preferred)

+ Experience working as Electrical or Mechanical PM (Highly Preferred)

+ Ability to use mobile devices for communications and record keeping

+ Ability to observe and report, take pictures, and create a field report each day.

+ Be able to understand the scope of work

+ Must be able to use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.
