Job Description

Description:

+ Support the Project Manager and Superintendent on project with quality and compliance in accordance to contract documents

+ Process and expediate answers to RFI’s from field

+ Be a liaison for subcontractors, architects, and the team on the floor to ensure high level of communication

+ Help monitor and write delivery log and prepare meeting agendas

+ Expedite punchlist items, verify items on punchlist are being completed

+ Participate in and contribute to Operation Planning Process and weekly coordination meetings, superintendent meetings, daily crew huddles and foreman meetings

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Four-year engineering degree related to construction preferred (construction management, civil engineering, would also consider ME – mechanical engineering)

+ Also open to an associates in construction related field or equivalent technical training and related experience, or a minimum of four years of construction site experience.

+ *Can be entry-level or have an internship with experience

+ 1+ years experience as a Project Engineer, APM, Site/Field Engineer on commercial, industrial/manufacturing, education, or healthcare projects (must have vertical construction knowledge or experience)

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Experience with Procore or similar software

+ Experience with RFI’s, procurement logs, submittals on vertical construction projects
